Picnic

Do you provide food and beverages?

Yes, you can choose between three different food options: Grazing board, Brunch or Private Chef. You will get a complimentary bottle of wine and filtered, natural water. Check our Add-ons for more tasty food and refreshing drink options.

What does it cost?

Our pricing is based on your picnic needs! When you get in touch, we will contact you for further details and to inform you about the price.

How much notice to you need to create a picnic?

Like any great restaurant, we do get fully booked especially on weekends, so the more notice you can give the better! Our recommendation is two days in advance. 

Are the hosts staying during our picnic?

No, we leave after you’re settled and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic, you can call or text us and we will be on site within 15 minutes.

Can we leave whenever we want?

If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 10 min notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.

How do I select a location?

We have a large selection of beautiful spots for our picnics. If you have a different location in mind, please send that over with your inquiry. We will do our best to accommodate your location request, however it might have an extra fee when dealing with rough terrain: sand, trails, steep slopes, etc. We may not be able to get our equipment to the requested area. We ask that locations are 50 yards from vehicle access.

Should I include my children into the guest count when booking?

It depends on how you think the kids will be comfortable: if you’d like us to include seating and food for them, then include the kids in the guest count. If you have questions, you can always email us and we’re happy to talk it out.

How can I pay?

All of our picnics require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable and due at least 72 hours before your booking. This deposit covers styling and coordination and is needed to secure the date of your picnic. The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours prior to the event. If the client fails to pay the remaining balance at up to 72 hours prior to the event, then their picnic experience will be canceled and no refunds will be made per our cancellations & refund policy.

If your picnic is booked 72 hours before the event then the full payment is required.  Payment can be made by bank transfer, all information needed will be included in your quote.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We don’t offer any refunds but we will reschedule your picnic upon availability if you cancel up to 72 hours in advance. We do not give any refunds in case one or more of the clients guests do not show up. The client can make changes on the number of guests up to 72 hours before the event, upon availability. After that, no changes can be made.

What happens if there’s bad weather?

In the event of bad weather, the clients will be notified previous the event and are given the option to reschedule with no extra charges, this will be upon availability.
