Who we are
Caracola Experience is located in Playa Grande, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. With the goal of providing unique experiences in paradise we created this company to share our passion for the ocean and the nature. We are a team with an extensive background in tourism and hospitality and we love to offer our professional services to enrich your journey in Costa Rica.

How it started..
Our journey began with a simple idea: to enjoy the sunset by the ocean, sipping a glass of wine in a comfortable and thoughtfully designed setting.
inspired by our own lifestyle, we initially envisioned a fully plant-based experience, creating a selection of carefully prepared bites that reflected the way we love to enjoy food ourselves.
During one of our very first setups, a couple approached us with curiosity about what we were creating. After sharing our idea, they immediately booked a picnic for the following day—becoming our very first clients.
That spontaneous moment marked the beginning of Caracola Experience.
Shortly after hosting our first picnics, we decided to evolve our offering into a more classic aperitif experience, featuring curated charcuterie and cheese selections.
Furthermore we invested in our first luxury cabana, allowing us to offer a more comfortable experience with added shade and an elevated aesthetic.
With the next season coming, we refined our food preparation process by transitioning from assembling grazing boards on-site to preparing them in advance—ensuring improved timing, consistency, and overall quality.
Over time, we have continuously improved in many aspects of our work, and each season brings new challenges that help us grow. We are truly grateful for the trust our clients place in us and look forward to continuing to do what we love for many years to come.
